After the update, a message says "your device is not authorized" what the hell os going on ?!!!

     Hey guys, after the latest update which called "improving diagnostic interface" my maxisys pro stopped working and when I try to enter the program from the desktop it says "unfortunetally, your device is not authorized" what going on ?!!!!! Any Suggestions guys as my garage is currently out of service !!!!! 

    Here is my email adress please someone email me what shall we do to bring the device back into action ?!

     Send an email to Support Team with your tool S/Number so they can help you...................

     If the problem only happens to some specific software, you can delete/uninstall it and try again. If it happens to all, maybe factory default can help.
